§1 Personal Data Protection
- Respecting the privacy rights of Customers, the Foundation ensures the security of personal data entrusted to it and processes them in accordance with the requirements of
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as RODO.
- The Foundation uses SSL secure communication encryption protocol.
- The administrator of Customers' personal data provided to the Foundation voluntarily in the course of Newsletter subscription, Registration and order placement is the Art & Modern Foundation (ul. Jaracza 8/18, 00-378 Warsaw), NIP: 5252881563, REGON: 520252035.
- The Foundation processes personal data necessary for proper execution of the order, i.e. the Customer's name, email address and contact phone number, postal address. The Foundation contacts the Customer by phone and email address.
- The Foundation reserves the right to use online tools such as Google Analytics to keep statistics on the number of page views.
- Each Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
- Customers' personal data are treated as confidential, are protected from unauthorized access and are not made available to third parties.
- The deletion of Customer's personal data may take place as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
- In specific situations provided by Polish law, personal data may be made available to state institutions and authorities.
- The Foundation reserves the right to process the Client's personal data after the withdrawal of consent only in the scope and for the purpose of asserting possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige the Gallery to retain the data.
§2 Cookie files

We process cookies for 2 reasons:- The architecture of the Internet is such that in order for us to provide the Services properly and correctly we must work on cookies. They are necessary for the operation of the Service. Such cookies are said to be so-called technical cookies. Their deletion or rejection may cause irregularities in the functioning of the Service.
